In the most glamorous Christmas advert of the season, Mrs Claus (played by Adjoa Andoh, AKA Lady Danbury) takes the spotlight in a ‘werkshop’ fit for Paris Hilton and shows us who really gets the job done!

Global (14 December 2024) — In what might just be the most glamorous Christmas advert of the season; Boots is giving an unsung festive hero her flowers—Mrs Claus!

Starring icon of badass women Adjoa Andoh (AKA Lady Danbury from the Bridgerton series), Mrs Claus is given the spotlight as she and her glamorous troop of elves prepare for the festive season while Santa Claus…well…enjoys a snooze.

Mrs Claus’ ‘Werkshop’ is how we’d imagine Paris Hilton’s spot in the North Pole to look if she had one: a fever dream boasting glam stations, candy poles (hey, it’s an efficient mode of transportation) and trees upon trees of products.

Then there’s what appears to be an Ice Queen’s beauty stations where bubbles of gifts float. And don’t forget the pretty in pink gift conveyer belts.

Amid the creative reimagining of festive decor, Mrs Claus demands the space with the respect of Miranda Priestly (except, perhaps, with more smiling). The elves work with as much focus as fabulousness, speeding through gift preparations to ‘slay’ the big day like the hustlers they are.

When the hour of need strikes (the elves have run out of bows), Mrs Claus effortlessly saves the day with the kind of magic most of us would kill for during festive wrapping sessions.

As the clock strikes midnight and Santa awakens, a chuffed Mrs Claus breaks the fourth wall and says with a grin, ‘you thought it was all him?’.

Well, if you did, you certainly thought wrong!
