Olympics Rio 2016 rowing

South Africa has just won a silver medal in the men’s pair rowing final.

 

Lawrence Brittain and Shaun Keeling earned Team SA its third silver of the Olympics with a strong finish in the last 500 meters.

They finished in a time of 7:02.51, 2.80 seconds behind the New Zealand pair of Eric Murray and Hamish Bond who finished in 6:59.71
