The Mascot for saving water in Cape Town was revealed last week but instead of a round of applause, his reveal was met with sheer terror… Ok probably not but he did create a bit of a stir on the internet for his less than pleasant appearance.
The poor guy, named Splash, inspired a few people to create memes to show just how creepy the mascot really is. Debbi Blake, a Facebook user, shared a bunch of them and said they were absolutely hilarious. We have to agree with you there Debbi!
