Dating can be tough but all you need to do is ask the right questions on your first date; comedian Rory Petzer has all the right questions!

South Africa (10 November 2022) – Comedian Rory Petzer is back with another hilarious take on life in 2022. This time he is discussing what it is like to date in this day and age.

The comedian – Rory Petzer – has been doing the series since the 30th of March 2020, always using the same characters: Robert, Susan, Melody and Brett.

Rory Petzer is not only the creator of “Meetings in a Time of Corona”. The talented comedian is also a 2020 South African Comedy Award winner, and the first South African comedian to finish an ultra-marathon and do a comedy show on the same day.

There are so many South Africans who are navigating the dating world and will probably laugh out loud when they hear this skit.

When going on a first date, what do you speak about? Obviously, you do the standard checks, asking “what do you like?”, “what do you do?”, “what is your favourite music?” and so on. Then if you are getting the right vibes, you move on to the more serious questions like “are you religious?”, “do you want children” and so forth.

But in South Africa, in 2022… Some of those questions are a little different but just as serious. Take a look below.
