Gquberha, South Africa (11 October 2023) – The recent market at Crossways Farm Village was an epic “jol” as performing artist Shaza gave a stellar show on the drums. Before long, she had the crowd cheering along and a few brave women even joined her on stage.

The Crossings Village Market, which is freely open to the public, takes place every few weeks. There is loads for the public to do but it’s the live performers that get the groove going.

Shaza Greef is a performing artist from Somerset West who has settled her heart on spreading her talent throughout South Africa. She is an energetic performer who always brings “gees” to her shows. She was even recently been voted as the top wedding and function service provider under the music and live entertainment categories in the Garden Route.

As the performer at the market’s Heritage Day celebration, she brought out her drum and gave the crowd a reason to jive and dance. As a percussionist, Shaza has a talent for the drum and the energetic performance was so fitting for a Heritage celebration.

The performance was shared online and has left even more people dancing in their seats and smiling along as the crowd takes part.
