Flash Mob

Couple get engaged at Tyger Valley Centre with the help of Bruno Mars and a flash mob by the Pheonix Dance Company, the video will warm your heart.

Cape Town, South Africa – Proposing can be really terrifying; finding the perfect moment to pop the question, hoping your partner says yes and finding the perfect ring all add to the nerves.

One courageous man decided to ask his lady for her hand at the Tyger Valley Shopping Mall in the Western Cape. Before he bent the knee, he arranged to have a flash mob perform for them.

Couples started walking towards an open space in the mall as Burno Mars, “Marry You” started playing over the speakers. The couples all danced to the song, drawing attention.

The bride to be sat and watched the entire performance, unaware of what was about to take place. In the end, the flash mob formed a tunnel and out walked the man of the hour. He dropped down and asked his lady for her hand in marriage, and she said YES!!!

Our hearts filled with love, and we got a little teary-eyed watching them. The Pheonix Dance Company helped him pull off the whole proposal.

“So today I and some of our Phoenix Dance family participated in a Flash Mob dance at Tyger Valley centre for a guy who wanted to propose to his girlfriend.

“This was something I never thought I would get the opportunity to partake in and to help make the day special for someone else was amazing! Thank you Phoenix family! We did it despite the stresses and nerves and we did it in style.” – Julia Pretorius from Phoenix Dance Company
