A hotline to just scream your heart out??? Definitely something we never knew we needed, but are incredibly thankful for in 2020.

Global (27 December 2020) – Have you ever felt the need to scream? Well, a teacher in New York has put together a special project that lets you yell your heart out.

The new hotline is here for you to phone and just scream and we think it is one of the best things to come out of 2020. The project also has a website where all the screams are uploaded daily so that you can listen to people from around the world getting rid of their frustrations.

“You might be unhappy, terrified, frustrated, or elated. All of these are perfectly good reasons to call and just scream.”

Chris Gollmar – an elementary school teacher from New York – created the website and hotline to give the world a place to get rid of their frustrations and within 24 hours of his launch in September 2020, the hotline had racked up 7 000 screams from all around the world! Since then, the number has increased exponentially.

Gollmar also suggests doing it “in public, except not, perhaps, in a crowded theatre.”

All you have to do to use the hotline is dial +1 561-567-8431, wait for the beep, and scream your heart out.

It’s that easy… happy screaming!!!
