Lights will guide you home, and ignite your bones, and I will try to fix you!

Rustenburg, South Africa (15 September 2020) – In just 24 hours, students from Rustenburg High School have gone viral again for their incredibly hopeful rendition of Coldplay‘s ‘Fix You’.

The school choir first went viral in 2019 for their rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody which was shared globally for the creativity and talent… and now the choir are back!

The Rustenburg Choir put the arrangement together to give South Africans some hope.

“May this youthful rendition of Coldplay’s ’Fix You’ be a light to guide us, a melody to uplift us and a timely reminder that hope is never lost.”

The brains behind the arrangements and the performance is Ralph Schmitt – the very same choirmaster behind every incredible performance by the now internationally famous Ndlovu Youth Choir.

“Was great being back in Rustenburg and working with all the amazing Rusties. A massive thanks to the amazing A-team Bruce Forbes Andrew Timm Sandy Dyer Tristan Trent Nathan Smith and Bill Hare. Madeleen Koch is one of the most passionate music teachers I have ever met and the inspiration behind these incredible young singers.” – Ralf Schmitt
