Jason Momoa

Who knew Khal Drogo from Game of Thrones had such a soft side…

Jason Momoa first popped up on our radar during Game of Thrones, little did we know that he was actually on Baywatch… the old school one. He also starred as Conan the Barbarian and will soon be Aquaman in the new ‘In Justice’.

Jason Momoa’s story of fatherhood, craftsmanship, and the legacy he’ll leave behind will inspire us all to be better.

Long before Hollywood got ahold of Jason Momoa and turned him into a savage warlord and our latest superhero, he was just a kid who grew up the son of an artist from a family of builders and hunters from a small town in Iowa.

Raised by a strong single mother, he craved everything his mom opened his eyes to, from art to music to rock climbing and skateboarding.

“My mom introduced me to skateboarding and rock climbing and I absolutely love her for that!”

All of this left a deep sense of adventure in his blood.

This is the story of a man hell-bent on remaining that kid – no matter how big he gets or where the world takes him. Because family, “My Ohana” as Jason likes to say, is all that matters to him.

Jason Momoa helped produce a mini-movie about his life and how everything has led him to become the father he is today.

If you need another reason to love Jason Momoa we suggest watching this video.

“If I teach them to learn respect for our natural resources, because if they can admire natures truest colours they can begin to see the beauty in all things. To be aware of those inconspicuous and overlooked details of life! I want to give them my eyes.”
