From America to Prague and beyond, Chloé Windell has graced international stages with incredible rhythm and control. Now, the contemporary dancer is putting the finishing touches to her routines before she makes her way to the 2025 Dance World Cup Finals in Spain this July to showcase the talent that SA has to offer.

Pretoria, South Africa (03 June 2025) – With remarkable poise, rhythm and control, Chloé Windell has graced the stages of America, Braga, Prague and several other countries, with no plans of slowing down.

The South African teen is once again stepping onto the global stage – this time for the 2025 Dance World Cup Finals in Burgos, Spain!

The event will take place from 3 to 12 July, and comes after she secured 1st, 2nd, and 4th place in the Jazz, Lyrical, and Contemporary dance categories at the South African qualifier competition held in Centurion earlier this year.

The Courtney International House student’s debut international appearance was at the American Dance Awards in Miami, Florida, in 2022. This pivotal moment propelled her into an already decorated dancing career, where she has competed against some of the world’s best and earned World Cup titles in both Jazz and Lyrical disciplines.

Quite the ballet dancer too, Chloé was also selected this year to rejoin the elite Dance World Cup Contemporary Ballet Company under the direction of renowned British choreographer Richard Wherlock.

Chloé’s repeated selection to represent South Africa is not just inspiring, but also embodies the world-class talent our nation possesses.

Beyond her preparations for the World Finals in Spain, Chloé also looks toward her future, as she plans to pursue further studies at Stellenbosch University next year but remains open to opportunities that may arise during or after her upcoming performances.
