Good deeds are the new cool according to Paarl Boys’ High School as they shared a video sent in of one of their students helping an elderly woman cross the road.

Paarl, Western Cape – Paarl Boys’ High School teach their young men to take care of those around them. This was proven when a video was sent to the school that made them prouder than ever before.

The video was of a school student, Eloff Vermeulen, who helped an elderly woman carry her groceries across a busy street. A woman sitting in her car, waiting for the robot light to change, saw the young man and quickly started filming his actions.

The young man was praised for his kind heart and good deed. The school decided to share the video on their Facebook page and everyone beamed with pride.
