Puppy

Patches story went viral after Nikkita Rohlandt saved him from the man that had stolen him, now people are showering the little pup with gifts.

Simon’s Town, Western Cape – Nikkita Rohlandt warmed the hearts of thousands of people in South Africa by rescuing a stolen puppy. It all started on the 20th of February when two of the small town’s most prominent and popular homeless men had their beloved puppy stolen.

Donovan and Victor have been living on the streets for many years. After the death of their beloved dog “Squinty”, they were gifted a new puppy by one of the Simon’s Town residents. That puppy’s name is Patches.

Nikkita’s post about saving Patches went viral and had most of our readers in tears by how sweet the reunion with Donovan and Victor was. Then Netflorist saw our story and asked Nikkita to reach out so they could send little Patches a few creature comforts.

Patches was gifted a new collar, a comfy bed and a water bowl. His bed had been customised to include his name on it. He was overjoyed by the gifts and showed real enthusiasm in opening the boxes that they came in. Netflorist even gifted Nikkita a personalised water bottle for her efforts in saving Patches.

Victor and Donovan were so happy to see Patches so excited about his gifts. They are grateful to everyone that has sent them support and love throughout this experience. They are especially thankful to Netflorist for being so generous.

Nikkita shared tons of pictures of Patches so if you would like to see more, click here.
