Lesego Tau Tsatseng Rantsho spent his years studying hard to become a lawyer. While doing this he worked as a part time petrol attendant to pay his way.
Lesego Tau Tsatseng Rantsho is a motivational speaker and soon-to-be lawyer. He uses his story to inspire others, showing them that you can live beyond your circumstances.
Lesego finished his LLB degree in June of 2017, he was a student at the University of Johannesburg. He is currently looking to complete his articles so he can graduate. In his second year of university he started working as a part time petrol attendant to help pay his way. He was determined to succeed and so he did.
Using his experience he set up the ‘Sgela 1st’, a non-profit youth development organisation. With this organisation he set out to motivate learners in his local community. He encourages them to never give up on their dreams.
“Grab any opportunities that will let you achieve your goals. While you’re applying for your dream job, settle for a job that will give you the experience for your desired career. This will expose you to the working environment and teach you the dynamics of the working world.”
Lesego uses his life story, the hardships he faced and the opportunities he got access to, to inspire the learners. He is also personally motivated by them to better his life.
“My background, the fear of being average, the opportunities life has and the desire to make a success of my life. Both my parents are unemployed. However, this didn’t discourage me – instead it inspired me,”
