A man was filming a group of Seagulls when a pod of Humpback Whales breached the water right next to his boat.
We’re not sure what is better… the incredible Whale sighting or his infectious laughter!
Seward is an incorporated home rule city in Alaska, United States. Located on Resurrection Bay, a fjord of the Gulf of Alaska on the Kenai Peninsula, and popular for tourists to go whale watching. People from the around the world head here to embark on a scenic cruise into the Kenai Fjords National Park in hopes of seeing these majestic creatures.
A few years ago, Brad Rich and Tony Flanders got the experience of a lifetime while they were boating off the coast of Seward, Alaska but the video is trending worldwide again.
“Brad pulled out his phone and started recording as soon as he noticed a large group of seagulls circling above, as this is apparently a good sign that whales are feeding nearby.
Out of nowhere, nearly a dozen humpback whales suddenly breach from the water, only a few feet from the fishermen’s boat.”
It all happens at 56 minutes into the video and Brad’s reaction is just as great as seeing the whales!
