An honest street vendor will now be able to start building a house back at home, thanks to the unexpected and unbelievable generosity of a customer who was interested in buying a packet of snacks for R4 but ended up blessing him with SO much more!
South Africa (13 October 2025) – During a recent stroll down South Africa’s vibrant streets, popular do-gooder Keegan Gordon, widely known as Bigmankg, was stopped in his tracks when he took a liking to an honest street vendor selling an assortment of goods at his stall.
In a trending video shared on his social media, Bigmankg asks the man named Thomas how much a packet of snacks costs, to which he answers, “R4”. Bigmankg proceeds to ask for a packet as he hands Thomas R100, to which he shrugs his shoulders, explaining he didn’t have change.
Bigmankg then asks how much all the snacks on the man’s table would cost, to which Thomas replies: R90. And just like that, Bigmankg offers to give the man R2,000!
But hold on… he wasn’t done.
Bigmankg does his big one and goes on to offer Thomas a generous R10,000 to buy everything else on the man’s table, leaving him utterly stunned by the offer.
“Ten thousand? You sure?” the street vendor reacted.
Realising it wasn’t a joke or some strange scam, Thomas expressed how “over happy” he was and that he was going to use this newfound fortune to build a house back home in Limpopo.
In an even more heartwarming ending, the overjoyed man extended the kindness and generosity, offering his stock for free to passersby. Both he and Bigmankg continued to spread the goodness that day as Thomas offered strangers free snacks and Keegan generous amounts to other sellers just trying to make ends meet.
There’s no denying it was a very good day for these honest South Africans. Our hearts are warmed that their hard work was met with such unexpected generosity!
