A picture of a Traffic Officer who apparently gave a policeman a fine, has gone viral. The post was originally shared by “South Africa Exposed” and has been shared thousands of times.
We’re not sure if the Traffic Officer was actually giving a fine, or just chatting to the Policeman but the internet have made their own assumptions on what was happening in the picture.
