It’s the “Afrikaans Table” and “Afrikaans Dog” for me.

Western Cape, South Africa (26 May 2022) – This little girl arguing with her mom, insisting that she is Afrikaans when she can only speak English, is the funniest thing you will see today.

Children say the darndest things, but Leigh Dennyschene never expected to ever be arguing with her very English daughter… about being Afrikaans!

In the video, Dennyschene tries to explain that no one in the house speaks Afrikaans, but her daughter insists that she is, in fact, an Afrikaaner. The mom then asks what certain objects are in Afrikaans, and her answers are why the video is going viral.
