This is the best news we could ever share! The Good Things Guy 2024 Only Good Things book was picked up by Exclusive Books, and they are hosting a book launch to help us celebrate with you, our readers.
South Africa (06 February 2025) – Eager to meet Brent and the Good Things Guy team in the flesh? Well, the team is eager to meet you, too! Come to one of our exciting book launches in February, where we will be meeting and greeting all our biggest fans, sharing in the success of the Only Good Things Book of 2024 and spending time with those who mean the most to us, the readers!
Good Things Guy was founded on the idea of inspiring hope in South Africa. Sowing little moments of good into each day and giving people reasons to laugh, to smile and yes, sometimes to cry.
Over the past 10 years (yes, can you believe Good Things Guy is turning ten this year?!), we have delighted in telling the stories of everyday South Africans. Thousands and thousands of stories, to be honest. And then, in 2023, we did something big! We chose 100 of the most inspiring and exciting stories and put them into a coffee table book.
It was a hit, the readers loved it, the subjects of the stories were honoured to be chosen to feature, and something magical happened; we gave people a tangible, fully loaded book of good things. Something to page through on a tough day when the phone seems overwhelming. A reminder that good things happen. The 2023 Only Good Things book was so loved we started working on a 2024 edition. The Orange Edition!
The 2024 Only Good Things book is out, and while last year we sold the book solely on our website, this year, Exclusive Books will be a stockist, too. It was our “Hey, look, Mom, we made it!” moment.
In celebration of Exclusive books picking up Only Good Things, they are hosting three big book launches around South Africa, and we would love for you, our ever-supportive readers, to join! Even more exciting, if you are in the book, we would absolutely love to meet you in person, too!
