South African Tourism Australia created a brilliant video to try and entice expats to “come home brus”, even if it’s just for a holiday!

South African comedian Robby Collins spends time comparing South Africa to Australia and shows expats why South Africa is better! We have to admit, he makes some stellar points!

Robby starts the video on Signal Hill, he taps the screen and says,

“Calling all South Africans in Australia! Ja, you!”

“It’s time to come home! Not just now or now now but right now!”

He then goes on to compare all the things that are better in South Africa! Like Table Mountain and beaches! He also compares the Springbok to the Kangaroo, obviously you can guess which is better!

“So come on expats, come on home where the grass is greener, the cricket is better and the sundowners are the best in the world!”

People have been loving the campaign, many saying they definitely planned on visiting SA again! The video has had over 200,000 views since being posted two days ago! This is what people have had to say about the video…

“An awesome ad campaign guys – hence why my Aussie husband & I had our amazing wedding back in my home country & to show the Aussies how it’s done in true Saffa style! Beautiful country!!” – Ashley Sparks

“Hahaha you South Africans are funny! Love it!!” – Simone Faulkner

“Hey, don’t us homesick brassos in NY get a warm welcome, as well?” – Neville Choonoo

“How enticing, it makes me want to make another visit immediately!” – Valarie Maudsley
