South African Police Officers are getting ready for Christmas... by literally lighting up.

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Is it Christmas lighting being placed on South African Police Officers… it kinda looks like it.

A video is going viral showing new “tactical lighting” being issued to South African Police Officers but the internet can’t deal.

“This is South Africa” posted the video which is quickly racking up views.

Some social media users are questioning if in fact, the uniform is South African but either way, the internet are having a laugh at how ridiculous the lights are.

Gerhardus Petrus Pretorius commented: “Where is the siren sound?! Or he have shouting in pee poo pee poo pee poo.”

Marialett Emi Koekemoer added: “They knew the petrol price would go up. Police now have to walk.”

Florence Nomathemba said: “Joke of the day… Can’t stop laughing. That expression on his face!!! Priceless… dead!”

Waldo Visagie posted: “Look at this poor guys face, its like “someones cousin is making million with this contract” for this upgrade.”
