In Pictures: Hail, rain, flooding and now heavy snow in parts of South Africa

South Africa has had some crazy weather over the last few days and most recently there has been heavy snow in some parts of the country.

 

Gauteng experienced massive rainfall, giant hail and even a tornado. KwaZulu-Natal had flash flooding and strong winds. Now there is heavy snow falling across parts of the Eastern Cape, Lesotho and KZN.

Snow Report South Africa has been updating their social media with a constant stream of snow-related pictures. They believe that ‘Snow news is Good news’. Their aim is,

The Snow Report was started in 2009 and has become the top website to get all snow-related news in South Africa. According to the website, there are no further snow predictions for the week.
