Ladles of Love is calling on hearts to open wide for its Annual Charity Golf Day and Auction Dinner, giving a chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

Cape Town, South Africa (07 March 2025) – You don’t have to be a master of the green or even own golf clubs to support Ladles of Love’s upcoming Annual Charity Golf Day & Auction Dinner.

“While our four-balls sold out in a flash, the real game-changer is our Auction Prize Giving Dinner, where we need YOUR help,” Ladles of Love appealed.

To help make their event a success, the charity is appealing to the greater public to consider auctioning items that can make a real impact. This could be anything from artworks, air miles, time-shares, holiday stays or unique experiences.

All these donated items will go a long way in contributing to an even greater cause – providing for the basic needs of young people who have far less.

“Every bid raised goes towards feeding preschool children in need.”

Ladles of Love’s efforts in supporting these children are beautifully demonstrated by its Nourish Our Children programme in Gauteng.

“With 17 preschools, 983 children fed daily, and our Dignity Kitchen providing meals for 170 more, we are growing our footprint and making a difference – one nutritious meal at a time,” Ladles of Love shared.

So, whether you’re a seasoned golfer or a generous soul looking to make a difference, Ladles of Love invites you to join them in filling bellies and restoring hope.

If you or someone in your network can contribute, reach out to Ladles of Love at events@ladlesoflove.org.za

The Ladles of Love Annual Charity Golf Day & Auction Dinner will officially tee off on Friday, 28 March, at the Metropolitan Golf Club!
