Over 8,000 participants have already signed up to complete 120km while supporting breast cancer awareness and screenings.
Global (15 April 2026) – A global community is lacing up for a challenge that’s about far more than just kilometres on the road.
The ILoveBoobies 120 Challenge is already gaining serious momentum, with over 8,000 participants signed up and ready to run and walk for a cause that truly matters. Taking place from 11 April to 24 May 2026, the six-week virtual challenge invites people from all over the world to complete a total of 120km. All at their own pace, wherever they are.
But this isn’t just about fitness goals or ticking off distance.
Every single kilometre logged contributes to helping fund free breast cancer education and screenings for women in underserved communities across South Africa. Each entry directly supports early detection programmes and raises vital awareness around breast health.
The challenge has drawn participants from across the globe, including South Africa, Namibia, the USA, Wales, England, Spain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Switzerland, the UAE and France. It’s a powerful reminder of how people from different corners of the world can come together for a shared purpose.
And to keep things exciting, entrants also receive a curated goody bag, including a pair of Signature 120 Challenge socks, while standing a chance to win prizes from various sponsors along the way.

Launched over the Two Oceans Marathon weekend and running through to the Cape Town Marathon race weekend, the timing couldn’t be better. This keeps runners and walkers motivated right through one of the busiest periods on the local running calendar.
The idea is simple: move your body, make a difference. Because your 120km could help fund a screening that saves a life.
