Who run the world? Well, in this new routine it’s definitely Rudi Smit and the incredibly talented Untimitive Dance Company!
Western Cape, South Africa (10 October 2021) – Rudi Smit, a dancer and choreographer from Cape Town is back, and he’s ready to “run the world” with his new video, which is giving South Africans all the feels!
You may remember Smit for his 2016 viral video inspired by Megan Trainor’s song “Me Too” which accumulated over a million views in a matter of days and turned him into an international sensation. The video even caught the attention of Trainor herself, who tweeted it to all her fans.
Since then, Smit has been uploading videos of various dance routines but none have really made the same impact as that first incredible online hit… until now!
Filmed in three breathtaking locations in the Western Cape, this proudly South African dance routine is bringing all the Summer feels! The talented choreographer and his dance crew used a remix of Beyonce’s “Run The World” as the backing track and the video reunited Smit with Dylan Pereira who edited the piece (and also worked on his Megan Trainor video).
Social media has been set alight with the new video since uploading it just yesterday, with everyone absolutely loving it!
