Ryan Reynolds recently chatted to Humans of New York about Blake Lively, and now we love them even more!
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds appear to have it all. They are beautiful, successful, share a hilarious dry sense of humour, and are now proud parents to two daughters. Though the couple don’t shy away from speaking about each other in interviews, they keep their home life immensely private.
Their relationship began in 2010, when Blake and Ryan were cast as the leads in the movie Green Lantern. At the time Ryan was married to actress Scarlett Johansson, and Blake was dating Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley on and off.
Fastforward 8 years, and the couple seem to have one of the most idyllic relationships in Hollywood.
In a recent interview with Humans of New York, Ryan Reynolds had some incredibly sweet words to say about his wife, Blake Lively and now the world wants to date them both:
“She always responds with empathy. She meets anger with empathy. She meets hate with empathy. She’ll take the time to imagine what happened to a person when they were five or six years old. And she’s made me a more empathetic person. I had a very fractured relationship with my father. Before he died, she made me remember things I didn’t want to remember. She made me remember the good times.”
