Gearing up for their big game against France this weekend the Springboks hit the streets of Pretoria to hand out free tickets and meet the fans!
The Springboks are set to take on France at the Loftus Versveld Stadium in Pretoria this weekend. The kickoff is at 17:05pm sharp.
To celebrate the fans, Francois Hougaard, Jaco Kriel and Rudy Paige joined an activation team to hand out free tickets to rugby fans in the Pretoria traffic. They held up big signs saying “Hoot if you #LoveRugby”. They were on the corner of Rigel and Mossob in Pretoria.
Fans were super excited about meeting some of the Springboks! According to the ticket website, the tickets are predicted to sell out today!
Some fans tweeted about their FOMO (Fear of missing out)
“I have FOMO now😢 hopefully we’ll get a @Springboks game in Bloem soon… Good luck for the incoming tour gents🙌” – Lebogang Rabotolo

While the guys were out on the streets giving away tickets and making peoples mornings, Siya Kolisi and Courtnall Skosan spent the morning promoting the match at the Jacaranda FM complementary Breakfast show. They played a fun game, called ‘Never have I ever’.
We learned a few secrets from them about dating fans, playing pranks, first date kisses and Bieber Fever. Watch the video below!
All of this is to ensure we have a green stadium this coming Saturday! It’s really great to see the guys have fun before their big game.
