Watch: The staff of all King David school gets together to present a cover of Bruno Mars ‘Count on me’ for the unsung heroes of the pandemic.
Johannesburg, South Africa (3 August 2021) – It is no surprise, the pandemic gave rise to severe issues than we could have imagined, but it has also given rise to real heroes, the people who risk their lives to work for the nation and us even throughout this pandemic. Many of them are called ‘Unsung heroes’ because of how underrated their service had been.
Following this, as a tribute to these ‘Unsung heroes,’ 31 staff from all of King David’s school had joined hands to present a heartwarming tribute to the song ‘Count on You’ by Bruno Mars.
The video, which nearly extends to four and a half minutes, beautifully portrays the gratitude towards these heroes on behalf of the people.
The videos have been shot separately amidst the pandemic times and merged as one at the end flawlessly. The management of King David has mentioned that they are incredibly proud of the staff and members for creating the video with a deep sense of empathy towards the society and the workers as a whole.
It has been trending for some time now with people being moved by the beautiful voices and how they sang the whole cover with a smile conveying their thanks to the hard-working heroes whose services will forever be remembered by the people around the world.
