This dancing traffic officer was seen making the most of his first day at work in 2022; Bjorn Steinbach managed to capture the moment and shared it with us to help spread the man’s joy far and wide!

Gqeberha, South Africa (03 January 2022) – While visiting family, South African-born actor Bjorn Steinbach saw something that made him feel hopeful about 2022. He saw a traffic officer directing traffic on New Years Day and had to film how the officer was getting the job done.

For those that partake in New Year’s Eve festivities of the bubbly kind, you can attest to how sometimes the 1st can be a day of recovery. For others, the day is a fresh start, filled with hope and possibilities.

Bjorn shared that he was on the corner of Beach Road and 2nd Avenue, Summerstrand in Gqeberha, when the traffic officer caught his attention. It was the 1st of January, and the officer’s energy inspired hope.

Bjorn shared the dancing officer on his Instagram Stories, and quickly his followers responded that the video footage had been soul renewing for them. He shared the video with us, and we cannot get enough!

This is the kind of energy we are here for in 2022! How about you?

If anyone knows who this incredible officer might be, please reach out! We would love to add his name to this happy sighting. Let us know if you have seen this dancing officer in the comment section.
