The Winelands Light Railway shared an adorable video to promote their to-scale model locomotive and the activities they offer to the public.
Western Cape, South Africa (19 April 2022) – Many public, tourist-based businesses are coming up with creative ways to get the public back out and visiting local businesses. For the last two years, we have been locked up in our homes, so we need a little reminder of all the good things out there.
The Winelands Light Railway shared a funny video that has been doing the rounds on social media. They have shared the video in the hopes of reminding people about their business. The Winelands Light Railway is based in Stellenbosch and is a to-scale model of a steam train. The track and train are kid-sized for a fun day activity.
Thanks to shows like Thomas the Tank Engine, trains have been a firm favourite for children for generations!
“Our park is aimed to create fun memories to parents and children by sharing an exclusive outdoor experience.”
Every parent will be able to relate to the cute video. We all know how funny children can be when it comes to food—ever heard of a sad pea? Or a whole bowl of sad peas that just cannot be eaten because they are sad? How about a carrot that is too hard (when it is perfectly cooked or cooked identically to the other carrot just devoured by your child)? Oh, how we laugh! Apparently, baby locomotives are the same.
The business used this hilarious exasperation to promote their model locomotives, and we loved it!
