SuperSport asked a former Blitzbok to interview fans – asking them about his time on the field – but things didn’t go as planned and it is too funny!

Ruhan Nel is a former Blitzbok who was at the Cape Town Stadium had a good laugh at the expense of himself when SuperSport sent him out to go chat with the fans.

He approached a few people to discuss the Blitzbok loss and the player Ruhan Nel’s role in the loss. Most of the fans were pretty forgiving of Ruhan who was the not real reason the Blitzboks lost. They complimented his hair and said he was a good player overall.

Ruhan made the switch to 15’s rugby a perminant one this year. He has a promising career ahead of him and we love that he is willing to laugh at himself. While he may not have been on the field playing with the Blizboks, his heart is still green and gold and we look forward to watching him in his career to come.

Back to the semi-finals, in the end, Fiji took its place in the final after defeating the Blitzbokke 17-12.

Only one of the fans actually knew it who Ruhan was but the rest, well they gave us a good giggle. Take a look below.
