“When last did you play hopscotch? What a sweet moment caught on camera.”

 

KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa (14 January 2023) – Two South African Traffic Officers were caught playing hopscotch on the side of the road and the moment is warming South Africa’s hearts.

Sihle Mavuso posted the video to Twitter yesterday and it’s already racked up 300,000 views.

The tweeter painted the officers in a negative light, “Welcome to Durban. Ayi bandla!!! I give up!!!!” but South African social media saw a different side to the “sweet moment caught on camera”.

“I see nothing wrong here, people must have time to relax , even if they are on duty.. these people do their lunch on the roads or streets.” – Stimela Ntshangase

“I am trying to see something wrong here. Traffic is flowing. They are present in the street and are not sitting in the car blowing fuel through Aircon. They are relaxing have some fun recapping.” – Siya
