Rudi Smit, famous here on Good Things Guy for his viral video of Meghan Trainor’s “Me Too” but famous in South Africa for being a phenomenal choreographer, joined Team SA in Croatia.
He shared the exciting news that Team SA got four incredible first place wins during their time at the competition. He posted the astonishing picture of Team SA with all their trophies along with praise for his dance company.
“UNTIMITIVE BOYS – 1st place

All the hard work paid off! I am so so so so immensely proud of my company. The sacrifices in the last 7 weeks have been REEEAL and they have led up to this moment right here. Time to celebrate!”
The company then went on to perform at the Gala Night where they came in second, winning a significant cash prize in the process. DanceStar Gala Night features 20 selected choreographies that were performed during the DanceStar Qualifiers.
An exclusive VIP jury pool decided which choreographies won 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. The DanceStar Gala Night’s prize pool was 10.000€, and the best of them all got the title DanceStar Gala Night Winner.
