Living up to its name, The Grace Factory brought a wave of compassion, goodness and gifts to many new mommies in need.
Vanderbijlpark, South Africa (06 September 2024) – Imagine a mother-to-be, nearing her due date, facing the overwhelming anxiety of not having enough for her baby. With limited resources, she worries about providing the essentials for her newborn. This is a real and very heartbreaking reality for many vulnerable South African mothers.
Enter The Grace Factory offers hope for these struggling mothers. This caring charity is dedicated to helping moms and babies in need, offering a lifeline during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives.
The non-profit organisation celebrated Spring Day by spoiling 150 new moms and babies with Grace Factory maternity packs at a local regional hospital the Vaal.
“The joy and gratitude was palpable. What a privilege to do this. Thank you to every individual and organisation for being kind, and generous and for making our cause a priority. It’s the collective efforts of many that help us gather all the goods needed for each pack,” Grace Factory shared in a post.
Grace Factory relies solely on the kindness of people, clubs and organisations to carry out its mission to ensure that no mother delivers a baby in the communities they operate without having the basic baby essentials for herself and her baby.
