Reach for a Dream Home Extraordinary

Every ticket helps a brave child’s dream come true – and might just make one of yours come true, too.

South Africa (06 August 2025) – We all love raffles. It’s a chance for you to win something, and that’s lekker. What’s even better is when your R200 ticket helped light up a hospital room somewhere in SA with the joy of a dream come true…

That’s the magic behind the Reach For a Dream Foundation’s 2025 Dream Raffle, back for its 30th year. The organisation has spent the past 37 years doing something quietly extraordinary: helping children with life-threatening illnesses dream beyond their diagnosis.

Meeting a hero, doing figure eights in a helicopter, or being gifted their very first bicycle are among a few of the special moments that give kids fighting tough battles something stronger than medicine: hope!

On average, the foundation fulfils six dreams every single day across South Africa. That’s 42 dreams-come-true every week. The Dream Raffle is one of the ways the public can be part of that life-changing goodness.

What’s up for grabs?

This year’s grand prize? A brand-new Jetour X70 Plus Momentum — a luxury SUV.

The second prize is a two-night stay at three stunning retreat properties across South Africa.

Third place gets R4,500 in vouchers to enjoy some of South African faves: Food Lover’s Market, Col’Cacchio, Woodlands Spa, and Olives & Plates.

Tickets are limited to just 10,000 entries, which means your odds are surprisingly high – especially for a cause that we can all get behind.

“By purchasing a R200 raffle ticket, the public can help us bring even more dreams to life and make a meaningful difference,” shares Julia Sotirianakos, CEO of Reach For a Dream.

Each entry helps keep the dream engine running, fuelling not only individual dreams but ongoing national initiatives like Dream Rooms (beautifully transformed spaces in hospitals where children can just be kids), Dream Club (support networks for long-term dreamers), and Laughter Heroes (because laughter truly is the best medicine).

You can grab your ticket here.

The final draw will happen on 15 December 2025, or two weeks after the last ticket is sold, whichever comes first.

Go for it. Be part of something beautiful. Enter the raffle. Spark a dream. And who knows, maybe even drive off in your own…
