South Africa (14 February 2023) – Dr Bonisile John Kani is reprising his role as Colonel Ulenga in the sequel of Murder Mystery.

The movie, which will be coming out on Netflix, sees lead actors Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler go through some chaotic mishaps in order to save a kidnapped friend. Dr Kani can be seen in the trailer, making eye jokes with Adam Sandler’s character.

Dr Kani was born in New Brighton, Eastern Cape, and has gone on to inspire hopeful South Africans, proving that dreams can come true.

His international roles include Rafiki from the Lion King Live action movie and King T’Chaka in the Marvel Studios blockbuster Captain America: Civil War and Black Panther, and of course, Colonel Ulenga in the original Murder Mystery.

The sequel looks to be hilarious. Aniston and Sandler who play a long-time married couple, set off to attend their friend, the Maharajah’s wedding on a beautiful Indian island. As the ceremony begins, the Maharajah is kidnapped.

The movie is not available online just yet, but you can check out the trailer below.
