There are two kinds of residents: those who ignore the rules and those who can quote them by heart. Neville is definitely the latter.

South Africa (09 June 2026) – Whether you have a strict private estate or a very active WhatsApp group for your complex, you will find Themba Robin, we mean, Neville Ndlovu’s latest video very funny.

We all know the antics of a nosy neighbour, the local busybody. Sometimes they have the best interests of the block on their minds… and sometimes they are just a little too much.

We can’t scoff at it all, estate living teaches valuable life skills you wouldn’t gain anywhere else, such as conflict resolution, patience and the ability to identify a neighbour’s footsteps from 100 metres away. Plus, neighbourhood politics can make national politics look refreshingly straightforward.

There are two types of residents: those who have never read the code of conduct rules and those who can quote Section 4.3.2 from memory. So, are you a Neville?

If you missed the previous skits about Neville, take a look at this goodie below:

Body Corporates exist because, left unsupervised, human beings will absolutely attempt to store a kayak, trailer, trampoline and three bicycles in a single parking bay. So we kind of sympathise with Neville… kinda!
